The reformer offers all the benefits of Pilates
including overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.

These things, in turn, lead to daily life improvements like better posture, graceful and efficient movement, and for many, relief from pain associated with physical imbalances such as back pain.

Furthermore is a unique tool, cause will you built strength in the same time you work on flexibility. You work out in the maximum joint hinge and in this way you unblock the energy from all boby parts and become more functional.

The core is not supported in most exercises,  a fact that works out the core even more and builds  strength in the deep muscle tissue of the core.

Hands and legs are well worked out, as in the same way, if you were lifting weights, but always in a physiotherapeutic way, meaning opening the joints.

You always have the opportunity, except the easy execises like leg circles to perform dificult moves such as bridge pose ,splits, headstands on the reformer or a cadillac pilates bed.
